Who we are
Sage & Stafford is a twelve-home residential community at 515, 535, and 545 Stafford Way in Carson City, Nevada, owned and operated by Carson Luxury Housing, LLC. This policy covers sageandstafford.com and the leasing communications we send.
What we collect
Only what you give us, and only through the interest-list form, a phone call, or a text message. We do not buy contact lists.
- Your name, email address, and phone number if you provide one
- The floor plan you were viewing and any plan preference you select
- Your target move-in month
- Anything you choose to tell us in the message field or in conversation
We use it to answer your inquiry, send you availability and pricing as homes are released, and schedule walkthroughs. That's the whole list.
We do not ask about, and ask that you do not volunteer, information about your race, color, religion, national origin, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity. We do not screen on any of these.
Text messaging
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Not ever, and not under any circumstance.
How you opt in
You join our text program one of two ways: by checking the text messaging box on the interest-list form, or by texting a keyword shown on our signage or website to our leasing number. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of applying for, renting, or being considered for a home.
What we send
Availability announcements, pricing releases, walkthrough scheduling, and replies to questions you send us. Message frequency varies — typically two to six messages a month during pre-leasing, fewer afterward.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for texts; your mobile carrier may.
Stopping and getting help
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You'll get one confirmation, then nothing further. Reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP for contact information, or reach us any time at leasing@sageandstafford.com.
Opting out of texts does not remove you from the interest list. You'll still hear from us by email unless you unsubscribe there too.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you join the interest list, we'll email you about availability, pricing, and the opening. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Nevada residents
Nevada law gives consumers the right to direct a website operator not to sell certain covered information. We do not sell your information, and we have no plans to. If you'd like that recorded as a formal request anyway, email leasing@sageandstafford.com with the subject line Nevada opt-out and we'll confirm in writing.
You can also ask us at any time to tell you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. Same address.
Keeping it
We hold interest-list information for as long as you might reasonably want to hear from us, and we delete it on request. Inquiry records that we're required to keep for fair housing purposes are retained as the law requires and are not used for marketing after you opt out.
No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can access your information to the people who need it to answer you.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the effective date above. Material changes to the text messaging program will be sent to you directly before they take effect.
